Our agency opened its doors in 2013 and brings over a decade of service to our community. Paul comes from a State Farm family, both of his parents spent 40 years with the company, which gave him early exposure to the business and a deep understanding of what it means to serve others. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Mexico and is passionate about staying involved in the community. Our team has supported local high school athletes, worked with food banks, donated to shelters, and provided supplies to schools.
We also prioritize team bonding with events like bowling, Top Golf, office potlucks, and birthday celebrations. At the heart of our office culture are our core values: trust, integrity, respect, and family. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Paul Gallegos - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
- Licensing must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
