Our agency opened its doors in 2013 and brings over a decade of service to our community. Paul comes from a State Farm family, both of his parents spent 40 years with the company, which gave him early exposure to the business and a deep understanding of what it means to serve others. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Mexico and is passionate about staying involved in the community. Our team has supported local high school athletes, worked with food banks, donated to shelters, and provided supplies to schools.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Paul Gallegos - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Licensing must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
Compensation: $37,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
